Who we are
Gantry ("we") operates this website and the Gantry application. You can reach us at info@gantrydocs.com.
What we collect on this website
If you submit the teardown form, we collect the name, company, email address, role and description you enter, along with the page you submitted from and a hashed form of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We use this to reply to you and to run the teardown you asked for. We don't sell it or share it with advertisers.
We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics to count visits and pages. No personal identifiers are stored by analytics.
What we collect in the application
Customers of the Gantry application upload, or direct us to read, operational documents that may contain business contact details of shippers, consignees, drivers and forwarders. We process this on the customer's instructions as a service provider. Our handling of that data is described on the security and data handling page and in the customer agreement.
Processors we use
Hosting and database (Supabase, United States), site hosting (Vercel), document extraction and classification (Google Cloud Document AI, Anthropic), email (Microsoft 365). Each is bound by terms that restrict use of your data to providing the service.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@gantrydocs.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
