From a forwarder's email to a finished Fleet Enable order, without anyone typing.
Gantry sits in front of Fleet Enable and does the part EDI and portals never reach: reading the everyday emails and paperwork your customers actually send.
What it creates
Orders show up in Fleet Enable ready to work. The account is already matched, the level of service is already set, the master and house bills are already filled in, and the documents they came from are attached. Someone on your team opens the order and sees the email and the page behind it.
Email arrives
Shared mailbox or scanner drop. Attachments and the message itself are both read.
Sorted
Import, export, delivery order, POD or something else. Duplicates are caught here.
Read
Master and house bills, pieces, weight, parties, handling and addresses come off the page.
Matched
The forwarder is matched to the right account. Level of service, pickup and delivery are set the way your team would set them.
Created or held
Certain: the order is created. Anything less: held for a person, with the document.
Flows running today
| Flow | Source | Result in Fleet Enable |
|---|---|---|
| MAWB export | Forwarder booking email with master bill | Export order, airport transfer delivery |
| MAWB import, bonded transfer | Master bill and manifest from the airline or forwarder | Import pickup order with all house bills |
| Delivery order | Forwarder delivery order, typed or handwritten | Delivery order matched to the import |
| MAWB POD pack | Signed PODs collected over the day | Compliance pack assembled and filed against the export |
Nothing is ever guessed
Gantry's job is to read. It is not allowed to decide on its own what to create. Every value it pulls off a document is checked against what Fleet Enable expects and against your own account defaults, and when something doesn't add up, no order is created. That is why 99% of the orders Gantry creates are never corrected afterwards: guessing isn't an option it has.
What a held order looks like. It shows up in your review queue with the original email, the page it was reading, and the one thing it couldn't settle. Someone pins the right account or fixes the field and sends it on. Gantry remembers, so the same forwarder doesn't come back tomorrow.
Getting started is a call, not a project.
There is nothing for your team to build, install or configure. Tell us what lands in your inbox and on your scanner, and we'll show you exactly what Gantry would take off their plate.
